Change is Coming!

Good morning, It has been a while since I have posted. I am writing today with change in mind. I have decided to change the purpose of this blog to be one to encourage Pastor's to keep doing the job they love!

I am working now to develop a strategy. So feel free to post your ideas and needs. I will add them to the mix.

an interesting journey with my step-dad!

A few weeks ago, I went to Indianapolis and visited my step-dad. He had become very sick and I was deeply concerned for him. Anyway I spent a few hours with him and walked away a man deeply impacted. We talked about leadership and about his intent to raise me. There were tears, laughter and influence.

I walked away from that time wanting more. Anyway, I purchased the book the Wizard ad the Warrior and sent it too him. I am going to meet weekly by phone with him and discuss this book. Maybe we both will learn something.
